This was send to me from a guy I graduated with from Avon Lake High School. Zac is also a board member brother, Valerie Buher.

In 2012, I led a Scout Platoon from the 82nd Airborne Division to combat in Southern Afghanistan. During a very violent deployment, my weapons squad leader, SSG Travis Mills was injured during a dismounted IED blast. He lost all four limbs...but survived. There was a documentary movie made about him. I am hosting a screening of this movie on March 13th at the Strongsville Cinemark. Proceeds from the ticket sales go to Travis and his family, which will help him in his lifelong battle at an improved life.

You can only purchase tickets via this link... http://www.tugg.com/events/7857.

Some members of my platoon will be at the event for a Q and A following the movie. The guys will answer questions about our deployment to Kandahar, the birthplace of the Taliban, and our daily enemy contact. The goal is to raise money for Travis, but also to raise awareness about the sacrifices that are being made by a small segment of this population. With high rates of veteran unemployment, veteran suicide, and lifelong emotional trauma, we could really use your support.

I hope you'll consider attending my event and sharing this information with your friends.

    Thanks for your support!

    Zac

If you go to this link... http://www.travismills.org/donate/, you can donate directly to Travis and his family. Or, you can donate directly to the Travis Mills Foundation, which is an organization that he started to help other wounded warriors.
