For the 2nd year, Great Northern Mall will host "Soothing Santa," an opportunity for children with Autism and other special needs (and siblings) to visit with Santa in a more soothing and sensory-friendly environment than what is typically associated with a shopping mall environment during the Holiday Season. 

Session 1: Sunday, December 7, 8am-10am

Session 2: Sunday, December 7, 7pm-9pm

Each session is limited to 40 families and families must register in advance. Make your reservation by calling the mall management office at 440-734-6304 during business hours (Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5pm). 

During "Soothing Santa," families will enjoy a quiet visit with Santa supported by dimmed lighting, no overhead mall radio or audible music from nearby stores, no long lines, and lower shopper traffic. Children will be entertained with special sensory-friendly activities nearby while they wait. The location is Santa's Sleigh in Center Court (near JCPenney).

The Bay Village ECPTA will hold its annual Santa Shop, a holiday shop just for children, on Saturday, December 6th, from 10am to 1pm. 

Bring your children to a special holiday shopping event. Santa's elves will help them select gifts for mom, dad, grandparents, siblings, teachers, even pets. Featuring a wide variety of gifts priced under $5, gift wrapping included! Also, enjoy Santa's Sweet Shop, filled with tempting treats!

• Once you receive confirmation and Registration Form from Jaime, your spot will be held for 10 days
• Payment for the 5-week class ($25/child) AND completed Registration Form MUST be received within 10 days to guarantee placement in class
