About Goldfish

Goldfish offers swim classes and other programs for children 4 months to 12 years old. Our developmentally-appropriate curriculum provides top-quality swim lessons coupled with an experience you can't get anywhere else! Being comfortable and confident in the water is of the utmost importance to us. We keep our water temperature at a warm 90 degrees to make the learn-to-swim experience as inviting as possible. With a 4:1 student-to-teacher ratio in our group classes, children get the attention they need in order to advance their comfort and confidence in the water.

Construction Update

Construction is underway and we are projecting a January opening. Our facility will be located in Fairview Centre on 21599 Lorain Road -- the same shopping center which houses Giant Eagle and Fairview Lanes.

Trunk or Treat is a fun and safe Halloween celebration held in a large parking lot. Predetermined volunteers park their cars together and open their trunks to reveal fun decorations while children dress in costumes and can walk from trunk to trunk to view decorations and receive candy and treats. It will provide a safe family environment for trick or treaters of all ages.

The Cooperative Preschool of Bay Village invites you to join us on Friday, October 16th, for a day of fun!  

Barnes & Noble and Max & Erma's at Crocker Park are teaming up for a fundraiser to benefit our wonderful preschool!  

Join us for a great day of reading, eating & shopping!

• Starting at 9am, Barnes & Noble will be hosting us for a book fair! We will have story times at 11am & 6:30pm, and fun for the whole family! 10% of sales will go to the Co-op.  The code or our book fair can be used at any Barnes & Noble, so please encourage friends and family to participate.  Online orders can be made from 10/16 to 10/20 when using our code (BN.COM/bookfairs enter Bookfair ID 11691078).  In store, you must use a coupon from the flyer for the Co-op to receive credit. 

• Order a Cheesecake Factory Cheesecake from the Barnes and Noble Cafe (order form attached) and pick up any day the store is open before the holidays- the Co-op will receive 10% of these orders and you get a delicious dessert!

• Whether you are hungry for lunch or dinner, Max & Erma’s will be hosting the Co-op for an all day fundraising event in conjunction with the book fair!  The Co-op will receive 20% of all sales with a flyer.

The Cleveland chapter of POEM (perinatal outreach and encouragement for moms) recently started a postpartum depression support group in Rocky River. See below for information. 

MTEC is opening a new class called WEE GO WITH FRIENDS:

Wee Go With Friends at MTEC is a 30-minute music class for children ages 4-6 that are able to attend without grownup accompaniment.  This class will explore basic musical concepts and inspire children to grow, giggle and groove with friends through instrument playing, singing, moving and more!  The cost of this class is $40/5-week session.  The Wee Go With Friends class will also be Saturdays 9/19-10/24 (no class on 10/10), at 10:30 a.m.
