Join the ALECPTA Team on Saturday May 2 in the March for Babies at Cedar Point. Registration begins at 8:30am with the 3 mile walk beginning at 10:00am.

When you walk in March for Babies, you give hope to nearly half a million babies born too soon each year. The money you raise supports programs in your community that help moms have healthy, full-term pregnancies. And it funds research to find answers to the problems that threaten our babies. We’ve been walking since 1970 and have raised an incredible $2.3 billion to benefit all babies.

This year, families are also invited to stay at Castaway Bay in Sandusky Friday night for a rate of $119 (not including tax) or Saturday night for a rate of $149 (not including tax.) These prices include hotel room as well as passes to the water park. Water park passes are good for the full day of check in as well as the full day of check out. To get the special rate, mention that you are doing the March of Dimes walk when you reserve your room.

To register, go to www.marchforbabies.org and register for the Great Lakes Walk-Cedar Point. You can find our team under Avon Lake Early Childhood PTA. Any walker that raises at least $200 will earn a ticket for Cedar Point.

If you have any questions please contact Nicole Roth or Dawn Crannis.
