Class options are as follows:

Class 1: 9:00-9:30 a.m.

Tuesdays, 1/13-2/10



Class 2: 10:00-10:30 a.m.

Tuesdays, 1/13-2/10 (FULL)



Class 3: 11:00-11:30 a.m.

Tuesdays, 1/13-2/10



Class 4: 9:00-9:30 a.m.

Thursdays, 1/15-2/12



Class 5: 10:00-10:30 a.m.

Thursdays 1/15-2/12



Class 6: 11:00-11:30 a.m.

Thursdays 1/15-2/12



Class 7: 9:15-9:45 a.m.

Fridays 1/16-2/13



Class 8: 10:00-10:30 a.m.

Fridays 1/16-2/13



Registration:

· To register for the class, you must email Jaime Alspach at jaime.alspach@MTECincorporated.com to confirm that spots are available in your preferred class; spots are filled on a first come, first served basis.

· Once you receive confirmation and Registration Form from Jaime, your spot will be held for 10 days.

· Payment for the 5-week class ($25/child) AND completed Registration Form MUST be received within 10 days to guarantee placement in class.

· Payment for the class can be in the form of cash, check (made out to “MTEC”), or credit card via PayPal on the home page of our website www.MTECincorporated.com.

· Registration Form can be scanned and emailed to jaime.alspach@MTECincorporated.com, or mailed to:

· If payment AND Registration Form are not received within 10 days, spot will no longer be guaranteed.



Additional Policies:

· Makeup classes are not available, nor are discounts/refunds for missed classes.

· Individuals who wish to withdraw from a class will receive a 100% refund IF request is received prior to the first class

· NO refunds will be given once the 5-week session has started
