**We are excited to welcome guest speaker, Danielle Stribula fromMighty Mama CLE, for our January General Meeting**
Learn what the pelvic floor is and why it is important to overall core strength. Understand symptoms of a weak or overactive pelvic floor and how to make the mind body connection to your inner core. Walk away with tricks to use in your own workouts and to know you’re engaging and strengthening your core correctly.
New members are welcome to come to the meeting and learn more about us as well as meet some of our wonderful members!
Current members please be sure to register and let us know you'll be there. Don’t forget to earn your meeting credits towards our children’s scholarship program. 5 meeting credits are required to be eligible in addition to your volunteering requirement.
