Original Cost per person: $22 ALECPTA subsidizing: $2 Final Cost per person: $20 This event is for adults only. Registering yourself counts as one person.
Payment is due upon registration when paying online. Registering is final and requires payment, no refunds or cancellations. Please only register if you are able to attend. If you register and do not attend ALECPTA may need to restrict your future attendance per the ALECPTA standing rules for missed outings.See standing rules for further details.
Registration for ALL MEMBERS begins 12/15/19

Attendance: If you are registered and unable to attend an event, you must notify ALECPTA by emailing us at alecpta@yahoo.com as soon as possible, but no later than 24 hours in advance. For each event you miss without the described notification you will be given a “strike”. After 3 total ALECPTA strikes, you will no longer be able to sign up for events or participate in in ALECPTA events. Do not contact a board member directly. Please email as requested. If you show up to an event and bring extra people or are not registered, you will receive “strike” See standing rules for further details.
Waitlist: ALECPTA will notify the member of the spot via email and give the member a set time to respond prior to moving on to the next person. Please respond “yes” or “no” within the timeline so that another member may take the spot if you pass. If you are registered off the waitlist, you are subject to the payment section of our standing rules.
