Join us for the March General Meeting as we tackle a difficult, yet important topic.
It is our top priority to keep our children safe as they grow up. Did you know that statistically 1 out of 4 girls and 1 out of 7 boys will be molested before the age of 18 years? Learn how to take proactive steps in molestation prevention at the March meeting. Cathy DuBois, M.Ed. founder of the nonprofit ReInventing The Cycle and developer of Project S.T.O.P. (Stop The Oppressive Predator) will join us to share strategies we can use to keep your child safe. She will also will share her children’s book When the Stranger to LOOK OUT for Isn’t a Stranger, which is a tool that can be used to sensitively approach this subject.
Cathy is a mother and educator, and has taken a proactive approach to keeping our children safe from those that could hurt them. Please join us for an informative and important discussion.
