October ALECPTA General Meeting

Please join us for our second meeting of the year on Monday, October 10th, 2016 from 7pm-8:30pm.

             Child watch will be provided by ALHS Key Club.

SPEAKER INFORMATION: We will be welcoming Mandy McMahon + Gail Eichman from Pathways to Quality. They provide professional development to early childhood educators and their families. They will be talking to us about behavior management with our toddlers and preschoolers. 

Please note that our meeting is being held at St. Joseph Church. The PTA meeting will be in the Social Hall.  Enter through the Gathering Area doors then go to your left.  The Social Hall is through the brown double doors (on the west side of the Gathering Area).

COMMUNITY SERVICE INFORMATION: Please help us support the critically ill and injured in our community by donating blood. September is pediatric cancer awareness month and we can help by giving blood. In honor of children in need of life saving blood transfusions for their treatment needs, please come and donate on October 10th before our meeting.                              

The Life Share Blood Mobile will be in the St. Joseph Church in the parking lot on Electric from 4:30-7:30. The registration table for the Blood Drive will be in the Gathering Area (lobby) of the church.

If you are unable to donate blood, pass the word on to someone that can. You do not need to be a member of the ALECPTA to donate at this blood drive.
